Apa itu AKKP?

Akta Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (AKKP) 1994 atau Akta 514 adalah akta bagi ;

1) memastikan keselamatan, kesihatan dan kebajikan pekerja

2) melindungi orang awam terhadap risiko daripada aktiviti orang yang bekerja

3) menubuhkan Majlis Negara bagi KKP; dan

4) bagi perkara yang berkaitan denganya.
